Kylie Jenner Debuts on the Music Scene

Kylie Jenner, better known by her stage as King Kylie, began her musical career by appearing on Terror Jr.’s track, Fourth Strike.

According to rumors, the pop group’s lead vocalist was the beauty mogul, who recently debuted a makeup brand under her former moniker. This was after their song “3 Strikes” was featured in a promotional film for the Kardashians star’s cosmetics line in 2016.

The 28-year-old entrepreneur acknowledged that appearing in the 3 Strikes sequel was her idea.

On Instagram, an overjoyed Kylie posted: “AHHHHHH!!!!!” A FOURTH TIME! King Kylie ft. terrifying junior! OUT NOW EVERYWHERE! what’s taking place! A tiny rumor circulated ten years ago that I was the one who sang on Three Strikes! I got the idea to join them for fourth strike because it wasn’t me (I wish it was), and I would be featured! Thank you to @terror.jr for creating yet another amazing song and believing in me enough to ft on it! I felt so thankful, but I was also really anxious. (sic)

The whisper-pop vocals of Kylie are reminiscent of those of Lana Del Rey and Billie Eilish.

She sings: “You can’t continue to be angry with me, baby.” This body is an apology from me. Avoid paying the price for the outcome. Bang, bang, kiss, kiss / Bang, bang, kiss, kiss / One touch, sweetie, don’t you like this when you look like this?

At the time, Kylie denied having the group’s vocalist in a Snapchat post that read, “Hey guys, so, public announcement.” For whatever reason, I’m not Terror Jr.’s singer. In case you were wondering, it’s not me, even if I adore their music.

Kylie will make an appearance in Charli xcx’s next movie, The Moment.

The reality sensation, who is with Hollywood actor Timothée Chalamet, will co-star in the hyperpop star’s film with Charli, Alexander Skarsgard, Rachel Sennott, Rosanna Arquette, Jamie Demetriou, Isaac Powell, and Shygirl.

Charli shared the movie title on her Instagram page to hint at the details of her most recent endeavor.

The image’s caption read, “based on an original idea by Charli xcx.”
