Rosé and Bruno Mars had the “biggest fight” before they filmed the APT music video

Rosé has admitted to getting into the “biggest fight” with Bruno Mars just before the APT music video was filmed.

The 28-year-old BLACKPINK member and the 40-year-old Locked Out of Heaven singer collaborated on the blockbuster song in October 2024.

Additionally, the K-pop star disclosed a year later that the two had a major falling out but made up on set before beginning the promotional work.

During a Vogue video Q&A, Rosé revealed: “Oh my gosh, Bruno and I don’t know if I’m allowed to say this.”

“It was okay because Bruno and I made up on set after our biggest argument just before the music video shoot.”

“Oh my God, he’s going to kill me,” she said, regretting telling the story. Let us refrain from fighting. We should become pals.

As the lead single from Rosé’s first studio album, Rosie, the catchy earworm topped the Billboard Global 200 for 12 weeks, making it the longest-running number-one song of 2024 and the second number-one single for both Rosé and Mars.

APT. was the number one song in over 50 countries, including the Philippines, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Indonesia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.

The Grammy Awards in February will be the focus of attention after Rosé became the first K-pop artist in history to win Song of the Year at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.

Rosie is nominated for Album of the Year, and APT. has apparently been nominated for both Song of the Year and Record of the Year.

With the submission of the song “Golden” (performed by EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI), the fictitious K-pop group Demon Hunters, HUNTR/X, also has a chance to become the first K-pop act to win a Grammy.
