Stefon Diggs, Cardi B’s NFL boyfriend, and his ex-girlfriend are involved in a physical assault lawsuit
Cardi B and her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, are never far from drama.
Mulan Hernandez, Diggs’ ex-girlfriend, brought him to court after claiming that the NFL player had physically abused her during a fight in June 2024.
However, earlier this year, Diggs also sued Hernandez, alleging that the TV personality had beaten him in his Houston apartment.
The former girlfriend of Stefon Diggs is suing him for up to $1 million.
Mulan Hernandez stated in court filings that she had a concussion last year when Stefon Diggs reportedly punched her on the back of her skull.
Following the event, the 24-year-old social media star claimed that the New England Patriots wide receiver tried to silence her by coercing her into signing a non-disclosure agreement.
Diggs “frantically” put pressure on her, she said, sending his assistant to Houston to persuade her to sign the NDA.
Whether Hernandez signed the NDA or not is still unknown. But now, she is asking for at least $250,000 but not more than $1 million to compensate her for the harm that Diggs’ assault is said to have inflicted.
According to Page Six, the former “Basketball Wives of Orlando” star said the attack caused her both physical and emotional suffering. She now demands that the money be given to her in order to pay for her medical bills and to make up for the suffering she endured.
Mulan Hernandez was first sued by Stefon Diggs for the same sum.
Diggs had already sued Hernandez before Hernandez hauled him to court, claiming, among other things, that the reality TV star had abused him and caused him serious distress.
Hernandez allegedly “burst into the bathroom and into the gaming room, visibly intoxicated and upset” on June 7, according to the 31-year-old player. He claimed that she refused to leave when he asked her to. Rather, she allegedly smashed his game console on the floor, hurled his phone into the toilet, and broke his $130,000 watch.
Additionally, Diggs said that Hernandez threatened him with a firearm and repeatedly struck his chest while Brianna Mack, a third party, was there. Hernandez supposedly merely slipped on a wet floor, therefore he denied retaliating.
According to the NFL player’s lawsuit, his ex-lover “falsely” claimed to have been struck in the back of her skull when she visited the doctor on June 14. The lawsuit also claimed that Mack and Hernandez tried to “extort millions of dollars” from Diggs by making fraudulent assertions.
Diggs asked Hernandez and Mack for between $250,000 and $1 million at the time of the filing.
Stefon Diggs, Cardi B’s soon-to-be baby daddy, is reportedly battling a paternity suit as well.
It seems like Stefon Diggs is dealing with judicial turmoil on all fronts.
In addition to his continuing legal battle with Hernandez, social media personality Aileen Lopera brought him before the court after claiming that the football player is the father of her daughter, who is six months old.
Although the NFL player strongly disputes the allegations, The Blast verified that Lopera, who goes by Lord Giselle on social media, is adamant that Diggs fathered her child.
Diggs asked the court to order genetic testing as a settlement, and the judge approved it. Both parties had to comply with the test. The results’ current state is unknown, though.
Cardi B’s Response To Her Boyfriend Stefon Diggs And Lord Giselle’s Legal Drama
Diggs gladly took on the role of father to Cardi B’s unborn kid, but he denied being the father of Lord Giselle’s child.
The singer expressed her resolve to remain with her partner despite the continuing paternity dispute between him and the social media star.
Cardi B said, “That’s your baby daddy b-tch?” during her Instagram Live, according to The Blast. That’s also my baby daddy. Now what? I have no fucking idea. B-tch, we’ll work things out.”
