Sean “Diddy” Combs’s former stylist is suing the mogul for psychological and sexual abuse

During the criminal prosecution of Combs, Deonte Nash also testified.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is once again facing allegations of violence and sexual assault. Deonte Nash, a former stylist, filed a complaint against Combs and his label, Bad Boy Entertainment, on Wednesday, according to CBS News. Combs is charged with human trafficking, false confinement, and sexual battery in the 37-page document.

“During his ten-year employment, Nash personally suffered sexual, physical, mental, and emotional abuse at the hands of Defendants,” the lawsuit stated. “Forced tests of loyalty and manipulation, sexual harassment and sexual assaults, physical violence and manhandling, labor trafficking, threats of harm, and threats of death” were among the other details it described.

Nash further asserted that Combs had sexually attacked him “multiple times.”

In a statement provided to VIBE, Combs cited one instance in which Nash and Combs’s ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Fine, went to dinner without “permission” as an illustration of his purported actions as described in the lawsuit. Choking and body slamming were allegedly used as punishment.

“Ventura.” In another instance, Nash was forced to turn off his lights in order to flee after Combs and his security crew pursued him on the road at almost 100 miles per hour, leaving him terrified and certain he could not seek assistance from authorities, according to the memo.

“Death threats that drove Nash and Ventura into hiding for a week, repeated sexual contact and exposing himself to Nash without consent, and harm to Nash’s professional reputation are additional instances of Combs’ abuse.”

After Combs was convicted not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking charges and guilty on two federal counts of transporting women across state borders for prostitution, Nash filed his complaint. Nash testified during the criminal trial. Nash described on the witness stand how Combs mistreated Fine during his time working for the company.

According to his testimony, Combs would refer to the pop singer as a “baby girl, CC, bi**h, slut, h*e,” explaining that “bi**h” was “his fave.” He further stated, “He would say, ‘She was nothing but a slut anyway.'”

Punitive damages, non-economic damages for mental distress, general and compensatory damages, litigation expenses, and lost wages are all sought in this case.

In a statement, Nash said, “I am now prepared to take action after enduring years of abuse and finally finding the courage during the criminal trial.” “For the years that he caused me and countless others to suffer, Sean Combs has never accepted responsibility.”

“My client is very courageous to be coming forward against his abuser, especially someone with as much power as Sean Combs,” said Katie Llamas of Singleton Schreiber, Nash’s lawyer.

“Mr. Nash continues to worry about his safety every day. If he hadn’t been obliged to testify in Mr. Combs’ criminal prosecution after being subpoenaed, he probably wouldn’t have come forward. Sean Combs’s power and intimidation tactics have kept victims silent for far too long, and the truth is that he poses a threat to others. This action aims to protect the community from additional harm in addition to bringing Mr. Nash justice.

VIBE has inquired about Combs’s lawsuit from Combs’s representatives.
