Claressa Shields, Papoose’s girlfriend, is demonstrating that she is capable of supporting herself.

In response to those who questioned why she chose to buy a $90,000 luxury item with her own money rather than having Pap swipe his card, the unbeaten boxing champion recently uploaded a video.

Although she and Pap spend almost all of their time together, Shields clarified that they have separate financial paths. She purchases what she refers to as “big girl gifts” herself, but Pap pays for travel, lodging, and airfare.

Shields said, “I’m not a trick,” stressing that she has always taken care of herself and cherished who she is. She also criticized others who were keeping tabs on her purchases, asking why those who did not have $90K in their bank accounts or on their wrists felt the need to criticize her expenditures.
