Lukashenko, the leader of Belarus, pardons 20 individuals imprisoned for “extremism”
20 individuals convicted of radicalism were pardoned by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, according to a Saturday official media report.
Belta, the state news agency, quoted Lukashenko’s press department when it stated that “all of them applied for pardon and repented of what they had done.”
