Chef Mila Adams says that Xia Charles, Cardi B’s flame, lied under oath to protect Stefon Diggs: “You begged me to take the money”

After Stefon Diggs was found not guilty of criminal assault, Chef Mila Adams is coming out again. This time, she’s furious at celebrity braider Xia Charles.

Adams said the ex-New England Patriots wide receiver hit her during a fight at his Massachusetts home. After Charles testified for Diggs’ defense, Adams called her names on Instagram Stories. Over the course of two days in Dedham District Court, Diggs was acquitted of felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor attack and battery. It was said that the jury came to a decision after about 90 minutes of discussion.

Mila says that Xia lied on the stand.

Adams said in one Instagram Story that Charles was covering Diggs and that the hairstylist may have known more than she said.

“Don’t believe the lie that I am a harmless immigrant. “You are also a liar who knows that Charles cheats on and treats your friend @iamcardib very poorly!” Adams wrote.

“You love your client’s sight… that’s what you’ll be doing, I guess,” she said next.

Adams said, “But hey, some people will do anything for money!” Like you were telling lies up there. & Not giving you anything back! @braided__”

Charles started Braided New York and is a famous celebrity braider. Her work has garnered the attention of big names like Cardi B and Beyoncé.

A black-and-white picture from an Instagram Story accuses someone of lying, cheating, and mistreating a friend, featuring the handle @iamcardib in the text.

Pictures allegedly depicting a text message exchange regarding money are also included.

Adams also shared what looked like text messages between Charles and himself. What Adams wrote in the messages was

“Yes, she does need VPay or Cash App.”

“You sent them pictures and videos of me saying there was nothing wrong with me; I was fine. I called you at 4:30 from the kitchen, but I never called you from the kitchen.”

“But you set me up here, told me to meet him, and sent all these messages, so you never said any of this the whole time.”

“This is so crazy; he did it, and he’s trying to pay me $100,000 to change my story with that fake letter his agent wrote and sent you.”

“Send her a Venmo or Cash App the whole time you played Metoo.”

“You put yourself in all of this mess now, and I would never talk to you again. None of this meeting up stuff you put together.”

“You never took a side; you chose one, and I told you it was okay because they pay you.”

“Morals, you know what a fucking bad person he is because you’ve seen it for yourself.”

“You were mistaken, and now you’re in it!”

In the screenshot, there is a gray answer that says:

“Hey Mila, I couldn’t see your message until now because I was at work. If you want to talk, we can. She can send through Venmo, but I don’t have Cash App.

This is what another message says:

“What you said doesn’t need to be argued with; that’s how you feel about the situation and your perspective.” So long as you want to talk, we can. During our last conversation, you were upset, and I informed you that his defense team had requested me to speak.

Adams inscribed on the image, “Testifying to lies!!” In order to avoid attending court, you pleaded with me to accept the payment.

What Xia Charles Fought in Court

Court reports say that Charles spoke for the defense and said that Adams stayed with her in New York after what they say happened on December 2. Charles reportedly said Adams had no visible bruises or marks and at that time said nothing about being slapped. Afterwards, Adams told her she was going to sue Diggs and “make him pay,” she said in court.

Charles and other defense witnesses were used to question Adams’ account of what happened. CBS Boston said that the defense had seven witnesses, but Diggs did not show up.

What We Know About the Stefon Diggs Case

Adams told the judge that Diggs hit and choked her after a fight over pay. Diggs’ lawyers denied the accusations and said the claimed event never took place. Adams’ evidence and the report from a Dedham police officer were shown by the prosecutors. The defense, on the other hand, focused on what it called inconsistencies and the lack of injuries that had been recorded.

According to the Associated Press, the case was about something that happened at Diggs’ home in Dedham on December 2. Reuters, on the other hand, said that Adams had been working for Diggs as a live-in chef and that the disagreement was about pay.

The judge found Diggs not guilty of both charges. Adams, on the other hand, seems to be sticking to what she said and is now saying that Charles is trying to protect the NFL star.

Charles doesn’t seem to have openly responded to Adams’s most recent Instagram Story claims as of right now.
