Chef Mila has made a striking statement regarding Cardi B following Stefon Diggs’ legal victory: “He Did It To You Too”

Chef Mila, known as Jamila “Mila” Adams, is in the news once more after speaking out following the acquittal of former NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs. This time, her message seems to be aimed directly at Cardi B.

Adams, who previously served as Diggs’ live-in personal chef, provided testimony over the course of two days, recounting an incident on December 2, 2025, at Diggs’ residence in Dedham, Massachusetts, where he allegedly slapped and choked her during an argument. Defense attorneys questioned her credibility, highlighting financial disputes and a disagreement regarding a planned trip to Miami as potential motivations for the allegations. A jury in Massachusetts ultimately found Diggs not guilty of felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges. His attorney declared after the verdict that no assault ever occurred.

Despite the acquittal, Adams asserted that she spoke the truth while testifying, stating in a post-verdict statement, “I went to trial.” Assumed the position. I expressed my truth. She claimed that Diggs proposed $100,000 for her to withdraw her allegations, saying, “He attempted to have me sign an NDA… and no sum of money would compel me to lie.”

Adams now seems to be targeting Cardi B. The Grammy-winning rapper and Diggs officially announced their relationship in May 2025, celebrated the arrival of their baby boy in November 2025, and subsequently parted ways in February 2026. In her social media post, Adams addressed the rapper directly: “Cardi, you know I didn’t lie. You know exactly who he really is.” He did that to you. She also stated that she had previously apologized to Cardi for how “he treated” her during pregnancy, adding that supposed messages between them “prove that.”

Adams concluded with a sharp remark regarding the larger trend: “A man at war with himself will hurt others.” It’s a futile struggle, and women are merely collateral damage. She concluded with a firm statement, “I’m not discussing this any further, so please refrain from speaking about me.”

The NFL has stated that the issue is still being examined under its personal conduct policy.
