Air Canada and United Airlines have suspended flights to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Air Canada announced on Sunday that it has temporarily suspended operations in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, while United Airlines reported the cancellation of its flights to the area, following reports of a military operation targeting the leader of a drug gang.
“United Airlines has cancelled its flight operations to PVR,” the company stated in an email to Reuters.
Reuters reported earlier today that a military operation killed Mexican drug lord Nemesio Oseguera, also known as “El Mencho.”
