Trey Songz is accused of brutally assaulting a cameraman outside of a club in New York City

The R&B artist allegedly snapped during a photo request, sending the videographer to the emergency room after suffering a concussion.

According to an exclusive revelation from TMZ, Trey Songz is once again being seriously accused, this time for reportedly hitting a videographer while making an appearance at The Ivy late at night in Huntington, New York. Isaa Mansoor, the victim, said that what began as a typical gig of filming the singer quickly descended into violence.

Trey originally appeared to be okay with cameras filming, according to Mansoor, who was hired to record the club owner’s footage. However, the R&B singer apparently became agitated as the evening wore on and fans insisted on seeing pictures and videos. When Mansoor was requested to take a final picture of Trey outside the venue, near to The Ivy’s emblem, it is said that this annoyance turned into a full-on anger.

Mansoor claimed that Trey lost it at that moment, throwing him against a wall, striking him on the side of the head, and damaging two cameras in the process. Trey reportedly retaliated by saying, “I don’t give a f***,” and clenched his fist in the club owner’s face even after the owner attempted to step in.

Mansoor claims he contacted the police and ran away to a friend’s car. He subsequently went to the hospital, where medical professionals determined that he had suffered ankle injuries, a migraine, and a concussion. While Suffolk County police begin their investigation, he is currently recuperating.

Trey’s crew has not yet commented, but the singer has already made news for her violent actions. Trey’s past, which includes several lawsuits over claimed assaults and an arrest in 2016 for an incident in Detroit, is beginning to eclipse his songs.

In a year meant to be about “wiping the slate clean,” Trey may be facing even more legal issues if the allegations prove to be true. Police are presently investigating the case.
