The 28-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player and the 27-year-old Grammy award-winning singer recently got engaged while on vacation. They shared the news on Instagram with matching photos, one of which has Coco sporting a big diamond ring.

In addition, Donovan provided a video of the proposal, in which he pops the question by kneeling down before the couple embraces.

“After an incredible season and a sold-out tour, Donovan Mitchell and Coco Jones took a moment to recharge on vacation, which turned it into a beautiful engagement,” the couple’s representatives told PEOPLE in a joint statement.

“The couple is eager to start a life together and has been dating for two years.”

For the most part, Coco and Donovan’s two-year romance has remained secret.

In April, she responded to a question about it by telling The Breakfast Club, “I’m happy, and that’s all I got to say about it.”

In February, she made this statement on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast. “They definitely clocked my tea, which is why I adore the internet.” I adore that. There are tiny spies everywhere. I have the impression that I am in a detective film.
