Kanye West Faces Allegations of Sexual Assault and Trafficking from Former Assistant in Disturbing Lawsuit
Lauren Pisciotta Files New Court Documents Claiming Kanye West Trafficked and Sexually Assaulted Her While on a Business Trip in Donda
According to TMZ, Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West’s former personal assistant, has filed a second amended complaint against the rapper this week, accusing him of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and other offenses.
In 2024, Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against Ye for sending obscene communications and terminating her without warning. Since then, she has added a number of grave and graphic allegations to her case. Court filings state that Pisciotta claims that Kanye made unwanted sexual attempts toward her on a business trip connected to the now-closed Donda Academy in San Francisco, which turned into a violent attack.
She says that during a music composing session in his hotel suite, things became out of control. In addition to asking intrusive and sexual questions and kissing her without her consent, Pisciotta claims that Kanye also masturbated in front of her and made unwanted physical contact. When he allegedly went into her room, shoved her onto the bed, and had her have oral sex, the situation allegedly got worse. In a terrifying depiction of compulsion and torture, Pisciotta claimed that she froze in terror and pleaded with him to stop.
She claims that after expressing regret, Kanye offered her as a “sexual gift” to another man in return for having sex with his partner, which is an even more unsettling development. Ye “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men,” according to her, indicating that this was not an isolated incident.
West is charged in the case with a number of serious crimes, including trafficking, false imprisonment, stalking, sexual battery, and assault. If verified, Pisciotta’s allegations reveal a concerning record of power abuse, exploitation, and manipulation of Kanye’s brand and economic endeavors.
Among the harshest litigation the troubled artist has yet to encounter are the accusations.
