Jay-Z Makes an Unexpected Arrival at Beyonce’s Paris Concert

For the first time in over six years, the 43-year-old singer and her husband performed Crazy in Love together when she welcomed him onto the stage at Stade de France during her third Cowboy Carter Tour performance in the city.

Internet users have been sharing fan footage of Beyoncé moving aside during Crazy in Love as Jay abruptly appeared on stage to sing his part. One such film was taken by Cardi B, who was in the audience.

Jay also contributed to his wife’s rendition of the 2013 song Drunk in Love, which was remixed by Partition, as well as his own song N* in Paris, which was initially a duet with Kanye West.

The pair’s most recent performance was at the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 in December 2018 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The duet was Beyoncé’s first performance of Drunk in Love on her Cowboy Carter Tour, and the set list for her Paris shows also included a new song.

As a surprise guest, Miley Cyrus performed the Destiny’s Child ballad “II Most Wanted” live for the first time on June 19.

Before Miley emerged from beneath the platform, Beyoncé exclaimed, “I wanted to do something really special for you guys, which is why I’m so excited.”

Please shout as loudly as you can because I couldn’t have done it without the assistance of this young woman. I want you everyone to have this icon.

“Your biggest admirer is me. It was such a pleasure to watch and sing with you, Miss Miley Cyrus.

The song was performed live for the first time by the duo.

Miley wrote the song and previously acknowledged that working with the Texas Hold ‘Em hitmaker on its recording was a “dream come true.”
