Rapper Fat Joe Was Blasted for Having Intercourse With A Minor
Fat Joe’s supposed troubled history is returning to bother him via a well-known avenue!
One of the rapper’s former employees has accused him of having sex with adolescent females while they were coworkers.
Because the rapper had sued them before, Fat Joe’s camp has strongly refuted the claims and accused his former employees of being vengeful in this case.
Examining the Ferocious Charges Made Against Fat Joe’s Former Hype Man
According to a complaint filed on Thursday by Terrance T.A. Dixon, the rapper’s former hype man, Joe had sex with at least two minors and purportedly fell in love with another.
A 16-year-old girl of Dominican heritage once offered to engage in oral and other sexual acts on Joe in return for cash, clothing, and mobile phone bill payments, according to documents filed by Dixon’s attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn.
Dixon even claims that after Joe met a 15-year-old Caucasian girl at a concert overseas, they had a sexual encounter. He said that because her physique was still developing, Joe had frequently flown her to Miami and New York and had paid for a BBL.
According to Dixon, the female in question is currently wed to a professional athlete. Dixon claims in the lawsuit that Fat Joe also developed feelings for a Latina, and that at the age of 15, they began having sex.
While Joe was on tour, he reportedly took her overseas and took care of all her financial obligations. He even managed to get her a condo near his Florida home, and it has been alleged that he had thought about leaving his wife to live with her.
According to Dixon, Joe had sang about his sticky preference for minor girls in his song “She Loves My Mama.”
The ex-hype man went on to say that Joe forced him to have sex with ladies following his performances, which was another way that he included him in his antics. These acts were performed in public at the time.
According to TMZ, Dixon also claimed that Joe concealed royalties and backend payments, underpaid him as a music partner, and denied him songwriting rights.
The camp of the entertainer refuted the accusations made by his hypeman.
In response to the rapper’s former employee’s scathing allegations, Joe Tacopina, his attorney, confirmed that the allegations were untrue. According to him, Dixon’s lawsuit was a response to Joe’s lawsuit against him, and Dixon was only attempting to extract his pound of flesh.
“Lies intended to damage his reputation and force a settlement through public pressure,” Tacopina said, adding that the police were well aware of his demands for extortion from the musician.
Dixon initially publicly made his accusations of pedophilia against Joe in April, and Joe went to court to name-drop Dixon in a defamation lawsuit.
According to Joe’s lawsuit, Dixon started walking for the rapper in 2006, which was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It was believed that they parted ways peacefully in 2019, but six years later, Dixon started accusing Joe of slander.
The ‘Money Showers’ rapper spent four months in jail for tax debt.
Joe has experience with Lego procedures and lawsuits. The rapper was given a four-month prison sentence by U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman in 2013 for not filing tax returns with the IRS, which led to tax debts.
According to the DOJ New Jersey website, Joe, whose actual name is Joseph Cartagena, had previously entered a guilty plea to Counts One and Two of a four-count indictment before U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy L. Waldor for neglecting to file tax returns for the 2007–2010 tax years.
The tax years 2007 and 2008 are covered by the two counts. However, during sentence, the plea deal combined all four years—including 2009 and 2010—as a loss on tax. According to the materials presented in court in his 2013 lawsuit, there are claims that:
Joe was compensated for performing and received royalties from his song sales. These funds came from three sources: FJTS Corp., Miramar Music Touring Inc. (Miramar), and Terror Squad Production Inc. (Terror Squad).
According to Cartagena, his gross income surpassed $1.18 million in 2007, $1.28 million in 2008, $265,000 in 2009, and $630,000 in 2010. The total tax loss, as determined by the government, came to $718,038.
Joe was sentenced to four months in prison by Judge Waldor, who also mandated that he pay a $15,000 fine and remain on supervised release for a year. He was supposed to start his jail sentence on August 26, 2013, and check in by then.
The 54-Year-Old’s 200-Pound Weight Loss: An Inside Look
The rapper took a bold step in 2023 when he lost an incredible 200 pounds. Joe feels that his choice to live a healthy lifestyle transformed his life forever, even if he had a brief period of sadness.
In addition, the process brought him into a new phase of self-discovery, particularly when he dealt with the devastating loss of his best buddy. He had a revelation while at the funeral of his best friend, Big Pun. This is what the rapper said:
At his funeral, I had the feeling of Ebenezer Scrooge. As if I’ve been spotted, and I’m staring at his young daughter. My daughter and she were about the same age. “If you don’t lose weight, you’re going to have to leave.”
