The mayor of Seoul will not seek the presidency of South Korea, according to Yonhap
The Yonhap news agency said on Saturday that Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon would not run for South Korean presidency.
On June 3, South Korea will hold a presidential election to replace Yoon Suk Yeol, who was ousted from office last week after his impeachment for imposing martial law in December was affirmed by the Constitutional Court.
One of the possible candidates for the nation’s conservative party is Oh.
