Trabzonspor is poised to secure Fabinho on a free transfer

Fabinho is poised to reunite with former Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah at Trabzonspor, following the Turkish Super Lig club sharing a photo of the 32-year-old Brazilian donning their kit aboard a private jet.

A familiar face is waiting for me in Trabzon,” said Fabinho in the Trabzonspor social media post.

Fabinho joined Saudi Arabia’s Al Ittihad in 2023 after his five-year tenure at Liverpool and is now a free agent.

The Egyptian forward Salah also joined Trabzonspor as a free agent earlier this month.
