D4vd’s three grand juries convened on at least seven occasions

D4vd’s murder case has advanced at a sluggish pace since the discovery of Celeste Rivas’ body in his Tesla last year, and it appears that a grand jury has convened on more occasions than previously known.

Here’s the situation: a judge has approved the partial unsealing of transcripts from grand jury testimony provided on seven separate occasions.

The transcripts were collected over a span of 18 days, comprising five days in November, five days in December, and eight days in February. During this period, three distinct grand juries were convened, one in each of the aforementioned months.

The limited unsealing means only the defense and prosecutors can access the documents, not the public.

Although we were aware that the grand jury convened over several months prior to D4vd’s arrest in April, we did not know the exact number of times or the duration for which the grand jury heard testimony.

Law enforcement sources informed us shortly after D4vd’s arrest that the grand jury was an investigative grand jury. However, our Harvey Levin sensed that the unusual occurrences surrounding his arrest suggested a problem with the prosecution’s case.

Prosecutors allege that D4vd took the life of Celeste, a minor, in April 2025, following her supposed threat to disclose potentially damaging details regarding their illicit relationship.

It is reported that he invited her to his home, where he allegedly murdered her, dismembered her body, and concealed it in bags.

D4vd has entered a plea of not guilty to the charges brought against him.
