Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman are no longer married, but the leak war is just beginning
The ex-couple has been in court for years, and now both of them are blaming the other for breaking a gag order. TMZ says that the information it used came from public court records.
Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman’s divorce ruling is still wet, but the mess has already moved on to a new path. The focus of the Drew Sidora divorce case has shifted to a dispute over post-judgment leaks. Both sides accuse the other of breaking the law when details from their case became public. TMZ reports that Pittman filed court papers hours after the verdict was made, accusing Sidora of breaking the gag order because a reporter had reportedly called him about the case. In addition to her own claim, Sidora stated that Pittman informed TMZ about the details of the case. However, the news outlet stated that its story relied on publicly available court papers.
Sidora accused Pittman of “brazen and willful” contempt in her move because she thought he talked about their court case. She also put in a statement saying she didn’t give TMZ divorce papers and that she thought Pittman did it “on purpose to continue to harm and hurt [her]. ” Pittman, on the other hand, said Sidora broke the gag order because she was talking to the media, which led him to think she was the source. In their requests, both sides asked the court to punish the other for contempt.
This round hit differently because of when it happened. It was reported the day before that the divorce was finalized on June 8 after both Sidora and Pittman appeared in court. The judge said that Sidora had to pay Pittman $2,218 a month in child support for their two children together. The court found that Pittman earned about $27,000 a month, and Sidora earned about $38,000 a month. People also talked about the child support order and income numbers that were found in court papers.
The property split made the damage even worse. Pittman now owns the Atlanta home that the couple used to live in together, but the judge ordered him to pay Sidora about $145,000 for her share of the property. The family dog and a Cadillac Escalade are kept by Sidora. The Porsche Taycan and a Cadillac XT5 are kept by Pittman. Spousal support was not given to either side, and Sidora’s last name will be changed back to Jordan.
This fight comes after a long public tug-of-war over privacy, housing, custody, and the attention of reality TV. A judge overturned an earlier order that said Sidora had to leave the Georgia home she shared with Pittman while the divorce was still going on earlier this month. At the time, Sidora’s representative said she was glad her kids and family could have stability. The ex-couple would share joint legal custody, with Pittman having primary physical custody during the school year and Sidora starting to get alternating weekend parenting time in August.
Since the beginning, their breakup has been all over the news. Bravo said that Sidora and Pittman got married in 2014 after meeting in 2013. After almost ten years of marriage, both filed for divorce in 2023, saying that the marriage was “irretrievably broken. ” Bravo also said that their relationship problems had been shown on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” For example, Sidora talked about years of stress and being made fun of in public on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” in 2023.
There was already a fight over the seals in the story. Sidora said on an episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in April 2025 that she wanted to keep divorce records secret so that her kids wouldn’t see bad things online. She called the case “a nightmare” after the judge made it public. Her biggest fear was that her kids would have to see everything on the internet.
The split is now official, but the fight over what was shown to the public is still going on. The new fight is about who is to blame, who has control, and who is accused of making private pain public after years of fighting over money, custody, housing, and sealed records. The court will have to decide which side broke the gag order, but for now, Drew and Ralph are both blaming each other while the papers keep talking.
