Chris Brown responds to the critics and those attempting to boycott his R&B tour with Usher, stating, “I can’t wait to prove you wrong”

Chris Brown responds to the calls for a boycott in anticipation of his stadium tour with Usher, confronting his critics and predicting sold-out shows.

Chris Brown is clearly dismissing the discussions surrounding the boycott, as he has made evident on Instagram. The R&B superstar shared an extensive, all-caps rant on his story on Sunday, targeting the so-called “rage bait pages” and “fake woke” accounts that have been criticizing fans for wanting to attend The R&B Tour, his upcoming co-headlining stadium run with Usher.

“I find it both amusing and strange that people have the option to attend my tour or not,” Breezy wrote. He emphasized his point by reminding everyone that anyone who dares to cross him and Usher will be present, and he predicted that the event will be CROWDED, just like his 2025 tour. He subsequently concentrated deeply on the specific demographic that he deemed most entertaining. “BUT THE KARENS and the self-hating individuals make me LAUGH. I CAN’T WAIT TO RUB THIS IN YOUR FACE,” he emphasized, adding three crying laughing emojis to highlight his point. He even justified the male hostility, noting that “the guys hating, I can understand that (thinking we’re going to steal your girl and stuff),” while the women who supported him were labeled as comedy.

The man has proof that bolsters his confidence. His Breezy Bowl XX World Tour, which wrapped up last October, marked an important turning point as the highest-grossing tour ever by a solo Black American male artist, bringing in nearly $300 million and drawing 2 million fans throughout North America, Europe, and the UK. He is currently working with Usher on the Raymond and Brown Tour, a stadium series produced by Live Nation that kicks off on June 26 in Denver at Empower Field at Mile High and wraps up on December 11 in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium. Due to the substantial demand, promoters have scheduled additional nights at SoFi Stadium in LA, Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, NRG Stadium in Houston, and MetLife in New Jersey. The general on-sale starts today at noon local time at RaymondAndBrownTour.com, shortly followed by the album rollout, as Brown’s 12th studio album BROWN is scheduled for release on May 8.

No matter if the critics voice their dissatisfaction in the comments or quietly watch another email, the numbers stay the same. The convergence of two of the most acclaimed R&B catalogs from the past two decades on the same stadium stage is undoubtedly a performance that stands on its own merit. The Karens are close to uncovering the true identity of the audience, and Breezy stands ready with the printed receipt, poised to make a statement.
