The lawsuit involving Smokey Robinson focuses on four women who have previously alleged that the singer committed sexual assault. Robinson has refuted any misconduct and stated that the claims were invented to extort money from him.

Reports indicate that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kevin Brazile determined there was insufficient evidence to demonstrate that the women acted with actual malice.
