Floyd Mayweather Faces $105K Lawsuit Over Luxury Flight Agreement Gone Awry
Floyd Mayweather has once again found himself in the legal spotlight, and this time the matter extends beyond the boxing ring to the skies above. The undefeated boxing icon is currently facing a lawsuit regarding a private jet, which is bringing new attention to his financial situation.
A complaint filed in Los Angeles County reveals that Jet Set Aircraft Inc. asserts Mayweather and several co-defendants are indebted for over $105,000 related to a charter flight in 2025. The lawsuit identifies Mayweather, along with his company TBE Aviation and others, alleging that they sought and utilized private aviation services without settling the complete balance owed.
The filing encompasses several claims, such as breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and fraud. Jet Set Aircraft Inc. states that it supplied pilots, fuel, maintenance, and flight coordination, all organized at the request of the defendants. However, the company asserts that it never received payment.
Court documents indicate that the total amount owed is at least $105,690.01, with the company also pursuing interest and further damages. The complaint also asserts that guarantees were provided concerning payment, yet those commitments reportedly were not fulfilled.
An itemized invoice details charges such as flight planning, crew services, and maintenance expenses, all of which contribute to the disputed total.
This scenario contributes to an increasing number of financial conflicts associated with Mayweather in recent months. Despite amassing hundreds of millions over his career, legal claims related to unpaid balances keep emerging.
Currently, Mayweather and his team have not made any public comments regarding the lawsuit.
