Manchester United is urging Andre Onana to leave the club

It appears that a separation between Andre Onana and Manchester United is unavoidable, as the English club has chosen to move on from its goalkeeper even with two seasons left on his contract.

The Cameroonian goalkeeper, currently on loan at Trabzonspor, had aspirations of returning to Old Trafford to rejuvenate his career.

The Manchester United management has decided to move on from him and aims to lower its payroll, considering his status inconsistent with his substantial salary.

Since his arrival in 2023 from Inter Milan for around €50 million, Onana has struggled to secure a position as a consistent starter.

Various possibilities are currently unfolding for his future. Trabzonspor aims to retain him, while Besiktas JK is also observing the developments.

AS Monaco might pursue him again, as could some clubs in Saudi Arabia.
