Blac Chyna Intensifies Legal Conflict with Significant Counter-Lawsuit Against Twin Hector

Reality Star Initiates $20 Million Cross-Complaint Claiming Assault and Violations of NDA

Angela White, known as Blac Chyna, and her ex-partner Twin Hector have entered a new stage in their legal battle.

A cross-complaint filed late last month reveals that the reality star is pursuing a minimum of $20 million from Hector, whose legal name is Taiyon Hector. This filing serves as a direct response to the $10 million lawsuit that Hector initiated against her in 2024, in which he claimed she subjected him to ongoing domestic abuse.

In her latest court filing, Chyna asserts that she was not the instigator in their three-year relationship. She recognizes a moment when she had physical contact with Hector, yet her legal team describes the action as a necessary and defensive reaction. They claim that her actions were “a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense carried out solely to prevent further harm to herself” following the incident where Hector allegedly struck her.

A substantial part of Chyna’s $20 million claim hinges on four particular breaches of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that she asserts the two signed. The document reveals that each infraction incurs a penalty of $5 million. One of the purported violations involves Hector’s music, in which Chyna asserts he mentioned her in his lyrics. She indicates a line regarding a woman who wears a size 39 shoe, which happens to be her own size, as proof. When asked about the lyric, she claims Hector said it could pertain to anyone, “but if the shoe fits… that sounds personal,” a remark her attorneys view as “a thinly veiled admission” concerning his intent.

Additionally, the lawsuit asserts that Hector breached the agreement by disclosing private family information during his appearance on Tasha K’s show and by producing and selling “Twin Hector vs. Blac Chyna” merchandise for financial gain.

Kirk Edward Schenck, representing Hector, steadfastly upholds his client’s innocence. In an interview with TMZ, Schenck characterized the cross-complaint as a “frivolous pleading filed solely to divert attention from her violence against Twin Hector.” He stated, “Twin Hector is the one being wronged here.” Regrettably for Ms. White, the evidence supports this conclusion. Twin Hector is recognized as a true gentleman.

The 2024 lawsuit initiated by Hector outlined a problematic relationship, asserting that Chyna’s behavior culminated in a 2021 event where he claimed she assaulted him while he was asleep, employing her fists, elbows, and knees.

The case continues to be a complicated legal issue, as both parties seek significant damages and present differing narratives regarding their shared experiences.
