The group announced the signing of over 15 new hotels and approximately 2,500 rooms in the past 12 months, highlighting a record year for its expansion efforts in Africa. The latest agreements encompass market expansions into the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zimbabwe, with a continued focus on growth in Morocco, South Africa, and Nigeria.

He stated that the pipeline is crafted not merely for announcement but for effective delivery, highlighting that the group’s conversion strategy has reduced time to market and enhanced its presence in key cities and leisure destinations.

The group reported that it currently operates 13 hotels in Nigeria, with a notable concentration of activity in Abuja, where three hotels comprise a total of 458 keys. Upcoming projects in the country feature the Radisson Hotel Aba, Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Yenagoa, and Radisson Collection Hotel, Lagos Atlantic.
