Liverpool striker Isak sustains a broken leg

Alexander Isak, a striker for Liverpool, had surgery after breaking his leg, the Premier League team said on Monday.

There is currently no estimated time of return for Isak, who sustained the injury—which included a fractured fibula—while scoring Liverpool’s first goal in their 2-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
