Howard Stern Responds to Kim Kardashian’s Robbery Allegations
Kim Kardashian has retaliated against Howard Stern after she said he accused her of staging her 2016 Paris robbery.
The 45-year-old reality TV star was robbed of approximately $10 million worth of jewelry and held at gunpoint after armed intruders broke into her hotel room in the French capital. Eight people were ultimately found guilty of the heist. In the most recent episode of Kim’s show The Kardashians, Kim reflected on the incident and said she was hurt by Stern telling his SiriusXM radio show listeners that she “made it all up.”
Stern is convinced that he never stated anything, and to support his claims, he even played back the video of his 2016 performance. The Howard Stern Show stated on Tuesday, December 9, 25: “[Kim] accused me of saying that she faked her Paris robbery attempt.” So, we went back and checked what I had said, and it couldn’t be more untrue.
“If anything, I would describe that discussion as a really fair judgment that some people are saying is false, which was correct. Now tell me if I’m wrong.
“We don’t think it’s fake,” we declared. We believe she had a terrible experience. She was thrown into a bathtub by some men who entered her room and brandished guns at her. And I remarked, “That’s really scary.”
“By the way, let me say something: I have said so many terrible things in my career,” Stern continued. You don’t have to invent things. You could definitely discover all of my terrible words. It is not a secret.
“If this woman was robbed at gunpoint by a bunch of dudes, and they threw her in a bathtub and tied her up, or whatever they did, I mean that is a f******,” Stern said to his co-host Robin Quivers in the 2016 recording.
“That is frightful. If it is a comedy, they ought to be imprisoned for it.
“Well, I don’t think it is,” Quivers responded, and Stern agreed, saying, “I don’t either.”
“Something interesting [occurs] the one time the Kardashians don’t have a camera,” the shock jock joked.
Kim sobbed while discussing Stern’s 2016 reaction to her heist on last week’s episode of The Kardashians, stating: “Howard Stern was famously mocking it all the time.”
He claimed that I was ill, but it was all a lie that I made up. He was very belligerent about it, I recall. People trust you, so I said, “How can you be so certain?” I’ve always remembered that.
