Davido expresses gratitude to the First Lady for attending his show in Kigali

Nigerian music star Davido conveyed his sincere gratitude following the attendance of Rwanda’s First Lady, Jeannette Kagame, at his sold-out concert at BK Arena on Friday, December 5.

The First Lady joined the thousands of fans who packed the arena to witness the award-winning singer’s live performance in Kigali, part of his global 5ive album tour.

“I appreciate your kindness, Your Excellency.” “Your presence was love,” Davido expressed on X in reply to a post by the First Lady.

The Kigali stop of the tour featured an exhilarating atmosphere and a packed audience, establishing it as one of the highlight performances on Davido’s international itinerary.

The concert showcased performances by Rwandan artists such as Kid From Kigali, Logan Joe, Riderman, Ariel Wayz, Juno Kizigenza, and Kitoko, who delighted his Kigali fans with his first performance since returning from over a decade in the United Kingdom.

Davido is poised to carry on with his tour in Saudi Arabia, with performances lined up in Jeddah on December 11 and Riyadh on December 13.
