Antoine Semenyo is prepared for a significant transfer

Antoine Semenyo, a forward for Bournemouth, is ready to leave the Vitality Stadium in the winter or summer, according to Ghana’s head coach Otto Addo, who hinted that Semenyo would be in for a big transfer in the upcoming months.

Shortly after the 2026 FIFA World Cup draw, Addo commended the 24-year-old’s growth while emphasizing that it inevitably leads to a larger stage.

The Black Stars manager stated, “With all respect for Bournemouth, surely it’s natural for him to take the next step,” pointing out that prominent European clubs had taken notice of Semenyo’s performance over the previous 12 months.

Since joining the national team, Semenyo has developed into one of Ghana’s most dependable attackers, and his Premier League exploits have only increased demands for a transfer to a European team.

Addo’s remarks coincide with growing transfer rumors about the forward, who is allegedly being watched by a number of teams. The national team coach is certain the player is prepared, but it is unclear if a deal will be reached in January or next summer.

The prospect of Semenyo joining a more established team before to the 2026 World Cup could help Ghana’s attacking options even more. All eyes will be on Bournemouth for the time being, as well as on who might knock next.
