Liverpool should bench Mohammed Salah, according to Rooney
The Egyptian, who is often decisive, is having a difficult season with just four goals in twelve Premier League games as Liverpool tackles team issues.
This season, Mohamed Salah is not having any success.
Wayne Rooney, a pundit for Sky Sports, believes that a firm decision may be required. He thinks Arne Slot ought to even think about removing Salah from the starting lineup.
“I would make a firm call to convey a message to the team if I were Slot. On defense, Salah isn’t doing anything. What message does it convey to be a rookie player sitting on the bench and seeing him not run? Rooney inquired.
Despite criticism and Salah’s obvious decline in form, Arne Slot is still supporting his star for the time being.
