Porsha Williams was cleared by the FBI following a shocking flight incident; her attorney claims the passenger lied

The FBI finds no misconduct in Porsha Williams’ case following an alleged flight altercation.

After a fellow traveler accused Porsha Williams of making a disturbance on her flight home from BravoCon2025, the FBI has officially cleared her.

In a statement to Us Weekly, Joe Habachy, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s lawyer, acknowledged the development. He claimed that the FBI will not pursue any additional investigation after being notified by the US Attorney’s Office that there was no crime. The results are in line with what Williams had always stated, he said.

Habachy clarified that there was never any physical contact within the airplane and that the accusations made against Williams were untrue. He regarded the claims as unfounded from the start and referred to the other passenger as “unhinged.” Williams is relieved by the result, he continued, but she still owes an apology because the accusations have already caused harm.

Additionally, the lawyer commended the witnesses who came forward and provided testimonies that enabled investigators to piece together the truth. He stated that Williams was grateful for the efforts made by federal authorities to confirm the true events that transpired during the flight.

Following the last day of BravoCon, the incident happened on Sunday, November 16, during Williams’ Delta Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta, according to TMZ. There were rumors that Williams got into a fight with another passenger. Investigators did not, however, discover any proof of a criminal or violent incident.

Now that the FBI has confirmed that nothing unlawful happened, Porsha Williams may proceed with her name being cleared and the official findings to back up her version of events.
