Morocco is preparing young volunteers across the country to guarantee efficient logistics, safety, and hospitality for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Morocco is intensifying its preparations for the forthcoming Africa Cup of Nations by training hundreds of young volunteers to contribute to the tournament’s success.
A unique workshop has united enthusiastic young individuals from all over the nation, providing both theoretical and practical sessions in essential fields like public communication, logistics, reception, and first aid. The initiative seeks to provide participants with the necessary skills to ensure a seamless, secure, and inviting experience for the thousands of fans anticipated to attend Africa’s largest football event.
“Our enthusiasm for sports, particularly football, makes it easy for us to recruit volunteers,” remarked one participant. Another remarked, “These days have been an excellent experience; they have enabled us to acquire knowledge in the realm of sports and football, allowing us to contribute to the events of the Africa Cup of Nations.”
Between December 21, 2025, and January 18, 2026, Morocco will be the venue for the 35th edition of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations, with 24 national teams competing in nine stadiums across six host cities.
As the current champions, Côte d’Ivoire is set to defend their title, while Morocco has committed to hosting a tournament that embodies unity, passion, and the excellence of African football.
