The business magnate was so devastated by the passing of her hairstylist, Jesus Guerrero, that it nearly ruined her new business endeavor.

The star was apparently making a significant foray into the entertainment world when Jesus Guerrero passed away in February. Before considering the vacuum his passing made, Kylie Jenner paid tribute to her late hairdresser in words and actions.

On Wednesday, Kylie made an appearance on her older sister’s “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast, where she engaged in a tender discussion. Weeks after Guerrero’s passing, she claimed, she was reluctant to commit to her first acting part.

A24’s upcoming film, “The Moment,” is slated to be released in theaters in 2026, and Kylie has been cast in it. For the businesswoman, who is making her debut in the film industry, this is a huge opportunity.

She revealed that she was in “a really bad place” after committing, and she wasn’t sure if she would feel better enough to begin filming in a month.

Kylie then got in touch with Aidan Zamiri, the director, and told him that she was serious about doing it, that she hoped she was in a better state at the time, and that she would pull herself together if he gave her a chance.

Kylie also revealed that her highly sheltered upbringing was probably the cause of her acting anxieties.

She had several lines and felt proud of herself for conquering her concerns, despite having a modest role in the film. Although Kylie claimed to be playing herself in the movie, she was unable to provide any other information.

She said that she would be interested in comedy and would do so if the job and the timing were appropriate when Khloé inquired about her future acting intentions.

In February 2025, Guerrero died of a lung infection in a sudden and unexpected manner. The Kardashian-Jenner family posted heartfelt messages and respects to the deceased on social media following his passing.

Kylie went above and above to make sure he received the greatest care possible in his dying days. According to The Blast, she assisted his family in paying for his funeral and other costs, including returning her late glam squad member’s remains to Houston, his hometown.

She reportedly visited his family, offering consolation, support, and assistance as needed. In addition to posting images of Guerrero on social media, her sisters Kim and Khloé wrote that they adored him and that he was more than just a stylist—he was family to them.

On his birthday in August, Kylie once again paid tribute to the hair specialist. To commemorate his first posthumous birthday, she posted on social media. Kylie celebrated what would have been his 35th birthday by paying tribute to his legacy.

The mother of two commented, “Not a day goes by that we don’t think about you @jesushair,” on her account, wishing him a happy birthday and adding that he is loved and missed forever. His death pushed her to a state of intense grief and sadness as she admitted that the loss was overwhelming.

Following his passing, Kylie said she wasn’t sure how to go and that the world felt more alone without him, according to The Blast.

This year, the socialite has experienced her share of heartbreak. Last month, she lost her dog, Norman, whom she hadhad for almost thirteen years. By posting pictures of them together on Instagram, Kylie revealed the news of his death.

She wrote in the long, emotional piece about how, since she was a young girl, she had desired an Italian greyhound, but her mother, Kris, had denied her wish until she was seventeen.

She said it was difficult to lose Norman and called him the nicest Christmas present she had ever received. The fact that his children had met and loved him before to his passing gave her solace.
