“We explored every possible flight option—overnight, early morning, connecting flights, commercial, and even private—and unfortunately, nothing was available or feasible that would allow us to arrive on time,” she wrote. “Even when pursuing a private option, a permit is required to fly from here, which takes time to obtain.”
Grande expressed her disappointment, reaching out to her Brazilian fans directly, “Brazil, I can’t believe this is happening, and I am beyond devastated to be sending this message.”
