Igor Tudor is fired by Juventus after their most recent Serie A loss

Igor Tudor has been let go by Juventus after yet another dismal Serie A performance. The Bianconeri’s winless record now stands at eight games after losing 1-0 at Lazio on Sunday, their third consecutive loss.

The club’s administration felt enough was enough as they were struggling in the Champions League with only two points from three games and sitting ninth in the standings. Both offensively and defensively, Tudor’s team were uninspired, and his post-game remarks revealed a man under pressure: “It’s a difficult time, and we are all responsible for it.”

Shortly after the defeat, the club formally announced the dismissal. In a statement, Juventus thanked Tudor and his team for their professionalism and stated that they had been relieved of their responsibilities. After a few months of tumultuous leadership, the 47-year-old Croatian departs. The club’s U23 coach, Massimo Brambilla, will step in temporarily for Wednesday’s match against Udinese. Juventus supporters are now anticipating who will assume leadership in order to bring the team’s identity and goals back to life.
