Air Peace is set to commence monthly charter flights from Lagos and Accra to four Caribbean destinations, beginning on December 21
Air Peace will start operating monthly charter flights to Antigua, Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago from Lagos and Accra on December 21.
With stops in Antigua, Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago, the revolutionary monthly charter service between Lagos and Accra to the Caribbean has been launched by Air Peace, the biggest airline in West and Central Africa. Beginning on December 21, 2025, the service will represent a significant advancement in the airline’s goal of enhancing connectivity between the Caribbean and Africa.
With the new route, Air Peace is now the sole airline providing direct flights from West and Central Africa to the Caribbean, opening up new avenues for travel, commerce, and cross-cultural interaction between the two continents.
Operating as a monthly commercial charter, the route will connect Lagos and Accra to Antigua and Barbados, with subsequent connections to Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica, the airline said. Building on Air Peace’s prior successful Caribbean operations, including as its historic charter flight from Lagos to Montego Bay in 2020 and its service from Abuja to St. Kitts & Nevis in 2025, this project strengthens the airline’s strategic goal of bridging continents and promoting interregional travel.
For those looking for a distinctive Africa–Caribbean vacation, Air Peace has teamed up with Tour Brokers International (Nigeria), Sun Seekers Tours (Ghana), and Adansi Travels (Ghana) to create bespoke tour packages that will make the experience even more accessible.
London, Dubai, Jeddah, Johannesburg, Mumbai, and ten regional cities are among the eight foreign routes that Air Peace currently serves in addition to its more than 25 domestic routes. With this most recent expansion, the airline supports economic growth and intercontinental cooperation while further solidifying Nigeria’s position as a major aviation hub.
The airline maintains one of the most advanced fleets in Africa, which includes Dornier aircraft, Boeing 737s, Airbus A330s, Boeing 777s, Embraer 195-E2s, and Embraer 145s, all of which are kept up to the highest safety and dependability requirements.
Air Peace reaffirmed its commitment to providing travel by air that is safe, dependable, and reasonably priced, establishing itself as a major player in linking Africa with the rest of the world.
