Diddy is being pushed by prosecutors to receive an 11-year sentence for his conviction of prostitution

The co-founder of Bad Boy was found guilty of transporting a prostitute in July.

Many people thought it was a big win for Diddy when he was found not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking charges in July. He would have faced much shorter prison time if he had been found guilty. The prosecution is determined to get the 55-year-old artist a longer sentence for his two charges for transporting a prostitute.

A judge in Manhattan was asked by prosecutors to jail Puff for 135 months and fine him $500,000. It will happen on Friday, October 3, and U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian will be in charge.

After he was found guilty, his lawyers asked for the minimum sentence of 21 to 27 months, but it was expected that he would spend 51 to 63 months, which included time already spent. It was possible to get 10 years in prison for each offense.

The hearing of the deceased mogul was controversial and upsetting. His ex-girlfriend Cassie, who first sued him for rape and trafficking, went on the stand to talk about how bad their relationship was. Cassie’s ex-boyfriend Kid CuDi also testified, saying that the “I Need A Girl” singer reportedly tried to blow up his car and then found it. The Cleveland artist talked about a time when he met them both and Diddy acted like nothing had happened.

Multiple sex workers who were involved in Puff’s alleged “freakoffs” also testified under oath. They said that there were disturbing scenes with drugs and baby oil, and that the former head of REVOLT would often masturbate in the corner while watching them have sex with women. It was likely the most confusing part of a two-year story in which Homeland Security searched his homes in Los Angeles and Miami and video emerged of him beating Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.
