Jean-Claude Van Damme, an action star, is accused of having sex with women who are trafficked

Jean-Claude Van Damme has been charged with having sex with women who were trafficked.

A criminal complaint against the “Streetfighter” actor was submitted to the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT). According to CNN affiliate Antena 3, the 64-year-old star was accused of intentionally having sex with women who had been trafficked by a criminal organization headed by Morel Bolea.

Van Damme is charged with knowing that five Romanian women originated from a trafficking organization when he accepted them as a “gift” in Cannes, France.

One of the victims’ attorneys, Adrian Cuculis, told the source that the quintet “were in a state of vulnerability, with the suspicion that they were exploited within the meaning of Article 182 of the Criminal Code.”

He continued, saying: “Jean-Claude Van Damme was allegedly offered five Romanian women, who are photo models in Romania, for sexual relations by a number of Romanians who are currently under investigation for pimping and forming a criminal organization.” The individual who was given those benefits was aware of their illness.

A criminal inquiry was opened by DIICOT after a lady who allegedly saw the incident communicated with prosecutors.

In 2020, the Romanian Prosecutor’s Office began a broader investigation into human trafficking, which includes this occurrence.

Antena 3 claims that the French High Court of Cassation must approve criminal proceedings in order for the case to proceed because the alleged event took place in Cannes.

Subsequently, the suspects will be called to Romania to provide statements.

On the news, Van Damme and DIICOT representatives have not yet responded.

When he was younger, the Belgian action hero, known as The Muscles from Brussels, said that he wanted to be “the macho man.” This caused him to have a falling out with Steven Seagal, but he insisted that the argument is now over.

After Van Damme challenged Seagal to a fight at a party hosted by Sylvester Stallone in 1991 and Seagal questioned his martial arts skills in an interview, the two became involved in a protracted argument with the “Under Siege” star that lasted for years.

Van Damme is certain, nevertheless, that their animosity has been resolved. He stated to DailyMail.com: “I don’t have any issues with Steven.
Being the macho man is what you aspire to be when you’re young. I would not have any issues if I saw him today.

The actors were offered $20 million apiece to participate in a major battle in Las Vegas, but Van Damme already acknowledged that his opponent withdrew.
