Hamas claims that discussions on certain fundamental subjects for a ceasefire in Gaza have advanced

An official in the Palestinian organization told Reuters that Hamas declared on Monday that negotiations on a few key topics for a ceasefire agreement in Gaza had advanced.

“The negotiation over some core issues made progress and we are working to conclude what remains soon,” the official, who wished to remain anonymous because of the delicate nature of the subject, noted.
