Lawmaker says Hezbollah will still be active after the peace
Senior Hezbollah official and member of parliament Hassan Fadlallah said on Tuesday that the group will still be active after its war with Israel is over. For example, they will help displaced Lebanese people return to their towns and rebuild areas that were damaged by Israeli airstrikes.
Fadlallah told Reuters that Lebanon was going through “dangerous, sensitive hours” before the expected news of a ceasefire. This was because Israeli air strikes on Beirut and its southern suburbs got stronger on Tuesday afternoon.
