China issues a warning to the Philippines about new maritime regulations and “unilateral actions”
The Philippines was cautioned by China’s embassy to stop any “unilateral actions” following Manila’s introduction of two new maritime laws that define air routes, sea lanes, and territory.
“China will continue to take necessary measures in accordance with the law to safeguard its territorial sovereignty and maritime rights,” the statement read.
