UCL: Dumbele asserts that he was certain to prevail over Barca

Ousmane Dembele stated that he never doubted Paris Saint-Germain’s ability to overcome a first-leg deficit after his team thrashed Barcelona 4-1 in Spain on Tuesday to advance to the Champions League semifinals.

Luis Enrique’s PSG lost even more ground in the game in the twelfth minute as Raphinha finished a cross from Lamine Yamal. PSG was already trailing 3-2 from their match last week in Paris.

But after Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo was sent off, Dembele’s goal shortly before halftime moved PSG back into the quarterfinals, and that’s when the game shifted.
