Azam FC vs Yanga SC game relocated to Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
The Premier League match between Azam FC and defending champions Young Africans (Yanga SC), scheduled for Sunday, has been moved from Chamazi to Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
Azam announced this adjustment on Thursday, saying that the match will kick off at around 19:00 hours.
The ruling to relocate the game to the 60,000-seater Stadium came after Azam notified the Tanzania Premier League Board (TPBL) of their purpose to use Benjamin Mkapa Stadium as their home ground instead of Chamazi Azam Complex.
According to the club, this verdict was made to allow more fans to watch the game.
