Central African union raises Gabon restrictions
ZoneYetu – The Economic Community of Central African States decided to uplift restrictions on Gabon on Saturday and reintegrate it into the regional coalition, six months after suspending its membership in reply to a coup that exiled President Ali Bongo.
Member states came with the verdict at a meeting in neighboring Equatorial Guinea, Gabon’s Foreign Minister Regis Onanga Ndiaye spoken in a televised address late on Saturday.
