Simba SC were psychologically prepared to beat Jwaneng Galaxy – Benchikha

Simba SC head coach Abdelhak Benchikha said his team was mentally equipped which led to their excellent performance against Jwaneng Galaxy, defeating them 6-0 at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam on Saturday.

This incredible victory confirmed their place in the CAF Champions League fourth quarter-final, a record that no other team in the country has accomplished.

“I am happy for the performance of my players, they played well, and we prepared them well psychologically before the game and we are all happy for this result,” said Benchikha at a post-match briefing.
