Update: The High Court’s Anti-Corruption Division has granted the Inspectorate of Government (IGG) permission to prosecute Minister Goretti Kitutu for failing to conduct peace-building activities in the Karomaja region, resulting in a loss of UGX 1.5 billion. #ZONEYETUNews

Kitutu, along with OPM accounting officer Geoffrey Seremba and two others, faces charges and will appear before the Magistrates Court on the 29th of this month. Kitutu expressed concern about the costs of defending herself in separate trials, but the court ruled in favor of the IGG.
