Influencer Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo passes away at age 43 following a genital filler procedure in Thailand, according to the coroner

The British-Nigerian businessman died in March from a pulmonary embolism caused by 40 milliliters of filler injected at a Bangkok clinic, according to a London inquest.

A London coroner determined this week that Igho Ubiribo, a British-Nigerian businessman known online as Tiny, Denisi, and Ego, passed away at the age of 43 following a cosmetic filler treatment at a facility in Thailand. The Inner West London Coroners' Court inquest revealed the cause of his death, which occurred early on March 6, 2026, only after it was over.

According to coroner Jean Harkin, the surgery produced a pulmonary embolism, which is how he died. An obstruction in the blood arteries supplying the lungs is known as a pulmonary embolism. After leaving the clinic, the couple went to get a massage. Ubiribo fainted twice and complained of chest pain. A suspected cause was confirmed thanks to the postmortem examination that was performed back in the UK.
