Southampton will be welcoming Sao Paulo duo Wellington and Juan to their team in January

Southampton have announced that Brazilian left back Wellington and forward Juan will be joining the team in January from Sao Paulo. The players have signed pre-contract agreements with the club, which is currently in the Premier League.

With his senior debut for Sao Paulo in 2020, Wellington, a 23-year-old, has accumulated an impressive 150 appearances for the club. In addition, he has also had the opportunity to represent the Brazil Under-23s.

Meanwhile, 22-year-old Juan has an impressive record, having represented Brazil’s Under-17s and Under-18s and made 80 appearances for Sao Paulo.

The duo will be joining Southampton once their contracts with Sao Paulo come to an end.
