The children of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are choosing sides in their parents’ ongoing divorce battle

Take Your Daughter to Work Day has been observed by Angelina Jolie almost every day of late. Last August, it was revealed that she had hired 15-year-old Vivienne to work as her assistant while she was the lead producer of the Broadway production of S.E. Hinton’s well-known novel, The Outsiders. Angie, 48, was extremely proud of her “wise little greaser” at the Broadway show’s April 11 premiere in New York City.

The recent manifestation of Angie’s strong bond with her six children is their musical journey. But when it comes to their father Brad Pitt, Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 17, Viv, and her twin brother, Knox, 15, have it worse. An insider exclusively tells Life & Style that the Jolie-Pitt siblings “do get into arguments about their parents.” The insider is taking sides in Brangie’s acrimonious divorce, which started back in 2016 and involves a raging conflict over the former couple’s French winery and custody of the minor children. Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and Vivienne are steadfastly loyal to Team Angie, while Shiloh and Knox are still in communication with their father. The other children are unaware of their bond with Brad. There is a great deal of tension as they attempt to convince them to swap sides.

The insider said that although 60-year-old Brad acknowledges his misdeeds, “Angelina has been relentless about making him suffer for what he’s done.”

Angie did, in fact, publicly describe for the first time what transpired between him and his children during their infamous 2016 flight, which served as the impetus for her divorce filing, in her most recent countersuit against Brad. It was also supposedly not pretty. Legal documents filed in April stated that Pitt struck and strangled one of the children. “All of the kids were scared.” Many of them were in tears.

Brad appeared to be open to a second chance from Knox and Shiloh, and no charges were ever brought against him.

The insider tells Life & Style, “They text him and see him often.” “There was always a special affinity between Shiloh and Knox. For a while, Viv did the same thing, but in recent years, she has become more aloof; working with Angelina on the play was a major factor in that.

Angie “treads carefully because the last thing she wants is for them to alienate her,” the insider claims, even though she isn’t thrilled about Shiloh and Knox’s relationship with Brad.

It’s doubtful that Shiloh and Knox could be convinced to leave their father behind. According to the insider, Knox is “a mini Brad” who adores his father, while Shiloh rejects her siblings’ suggestions to break up with him. The insider said, “Brad is pleased that they can stand on their own two feet.” “He’s exhausted from fighting, but he also doesn’t want to give up on the other family members.”
