AFCON 2023 UPDATES

Ivory Coast National Team, which is home to AFCON 2023, have succeeded in moving to the quarterfinals by giving the defending champions Senegal through a 5-4 penalty kick. Ivory Coast will now play the quarter final with the winner of the match between Mali and Burkina Faso which will be played tomorrow.

Many did not expect that Ivory Coast could remove Senegal in this tournament and be a part of the top 16 teams after winning only one group match and losing two matches on the first stage.
