Melody, 39, has been hinting at an announcement to her loyal fan group, the Milometers, for the last week.

prior to sharing a photo of a queen chess piece online.

She confirmed her exit from the reality program in an official statement after going live on Instagram on Wednesday and interacting with her followers directly.

She said that when she first joined the show in 2018, she had “no clue what to expect,” but she regarded it as just another objective to achieve.

She told BOSSIP in a statement that she has learned a great deal over the years from sharing her struggles and victories with the world.

She acknowledged the amazing chances that came her way and the challenging lessons she’s learned about “life, relationships, and friendships,” writing, “Much of my life is now documented and sealed in history.”

“Without pressure, there is no diamond,” she continued, adding that she sees the difficulties as a privilege.

She is now prepared to move on.

She thanked everyone who has showed her “grace, loyalty, and love,” saying, “This chapter must come to an end, and this is the end of my chapter with Love & Marriage: Huntsville.”

She continued, saying that she is prepared for her next chapter and that “none of it has gone unnoticed and it will never be forgotten.”

Marriage and Love Carlos King’s Kingdom Reign Productions is the executive producer of Huntsville. In the early 2010s, Melody and her then-husband, Martell Holt, made a presentation to the show about their Huntsville, Alabama, real estate collective, “Comeback Group.” Martell, Destiny Payton, Kimmi and Maurice Scott, LaTisha and Marsau Scott, Ken Lee, LaTricia Reedus, Chris and Nell Fletcher, and Martell are the stars that stay without Melody.

Does Melody’s departure from Love & Marriage Huntsville surprise you?
Below, you can read Melody’s Love & Marriage Huntsville parting statement.
In 2018, I made the decision to make my life public by appearing on Love & Marriage: Huntsville on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Then I didn’t know what to anticipate. All I knew was that making this program a reality had been one of my goals, and it would be another item I could cross off my list. I’ve always had a strong sense of ambition, so I thought hitting this milestone was a positive step.

And for a variety of reasons.

Much of my life is now recorded and enshrined in history as a result of my experience on the show. Opportunities beyond my wildest expectations have been offered to me. In addition to meeting some incredible individuals, I’ve regrettably had to learn some difficult lessons about friendships, relationships, and life in general. Since there wouldn’t be a diamond without pressure, I consider it all a blessing. Knowing that you were made to tolerate the heat makes it simpler to bear some of your darkest times with the world.

Nevertheless, this chapter must finish, and Love & Marriage: Huntsville marks the conclusion of my chapter. I am grateful for the love, kindness, and loyalty I have received from people who have supported me. It has not gone ignored and will always be remembered.

I’m looking forward to what lies ahead and my next chapter. May God bless you.
Love
